It is important that we can allocate your amount correctly. Please make sure to include your full name (first and last name) in the payment process! The invoice amount (including the Congress Party fee(s)) must be paid within 28 days of the date of the invoice. Please note in particular, that in order to receive the early bird price, the invoice amount must be paid by 15.01.25.
The Congress has a limited seating capacity, so we urge delegates to register in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory): Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will be refunded the fees paid minus a processing fee of €100, provided that written notification of non-attendance is received by the conference secretariat before 13 April 2025. If you cancel after this date, we will not be able to refund any fees, but you can send a person to replace you at the
conference. Please contact us in advance.
